With the growth and advancement of Internet, many of the physical library and then open the service by creating an online library for the community. Not only that, one per person or a particular institution is also there that do the same. They built a website containing a wide range of knowledge that can be used by anyone. Such webs can be referred to as a free online library.

As we did and we all know, people use books, newspapers, magazines, and physical reference materials in the library to gather information. Then we use that information to increase knowledge, research projects, or for homework.

But now, in terms of data sources, the physical library (conventional) is no longer monopolize. People around the world began to turn to the online library to find the data they need. These data are not compiled on the shelves or wooden cabinet, but the data is digitally stored in a database online.

Here are some of the advantages of free online libraries, which are as follows.

Format Options

Readers of books, magazines, or newspapers often run into problems of the type font and size. Some print media products with sometimes a very small font that it is hard to read and time consuming.

With an online library, media are often available in various formats, including PDF, Word, and HTML. It allows users to zoom in or out, change the text size, brighten or dim the computer screen for more comfortable reading.

Easy to search documents

Paper books neatly arranged, but sometimes find important information in the book can be a difficult thing. We need to flip through several pages to find a line or paragraph. And sometimes even failed to find.

Data search in the free online library offers the ability to search data quickly. Either use the functions on the computer keyboard or by using the searching feature. Certain parts of the text in the book can be found immediately, fast, and it takes a long time.

Availability

In real-world library, usually a few copies of titles available. If all copies are loaned or used by other users, we may have to wait long. Libraries have materials available online, and can always be seen by many people, a hundred or even thousand of people.

Unlimited Access

It is rare to find a library that is open 24 hours a day. But the library’s online offers advantages. People can complete the requirement in the fulfillment of their data every day of the week, every hour of the day. In addition, the online library is available at the “fingertips” of users, so there is no necessity for us to walk to the library.

Hygiene

Online library is clean, free from dust and mold that sometimes cover books in physical libraries. Read the book through online will not cause us to sneeze, and the online newspaper will not leave ink stains on the hands of readers.

Free

All data in the free online library can be obtained free of charge. Some providers may require us to give in order to enjoy their services. Originally the house there is a computer that is connected to the Internet, we can get a lot of data we need.
